Generally used in PFC Rectifier. QR Series is standard type and QRT Series is with low Trr. Products could be used respectively according the different operation mode of the PFC.  And this serise: IO=3A - 40A,  Vrrm: 200V-1200V,  Trr: 15-20ns.
